MOSEP - Jackup rig move simulator training

MOSEP / Marine Operations of Self Elevating Platforms - The next scheduled course is Oct 14-17-2024. This rig move simulator course will introduce participants to the theoretical and practical operations for safely moving a Jack-Up unit from one location to another / 4-day course. In addition to covering the Marine Operations theory, several simulations will be carried out throughout the course, enabling the student to experience and practice in real time, issues that can occur during Jacking operations. (rig moving, preloading, jacking, punch through, approaching open water locations, coming alongside jacket, etc.

Students attending this Jack-up Simulator course all become more confident in performing their job, or if they are new to the position will have the confidence to step directly into a rig move. This course is a prerequisite course to our Advanced Rig Move simulator course.
